Update on Cedric Tillman's status for Tennessee-Florida game

No. 12 Tennessee (3-0, 0-0 SEC) will host No. 22 Florida (2-1, 0-1 SEC) Saturday at Neyland Stadium in Week 4.

Kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. EDT. CBS will televise the SEC East matchup.

The Vols will be without wide receiver Cedric Tillman against Florida.

Pete Thamel of ESPN reported the following on Tillman.

"Tennessee star wide receiver Cedric Tillman will not play against Florida on Saturday because of an ankle injury, sources told ESPN," Thamel said. "Tillman injured his ankle last week against Akron midway through the second quarter. With Tennessee having a bye next week, there is optimism that he could return for the Volunteers' next game at LSU on Oct. 8, sources said."
