Just under a week ago today, star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum learned along with the rest of us that he had been elected to be an All-Star starter in the game's frontcourt. Elected to one of the three slots reserved for the non-backcourt players in the annual exhibition tilt by a combination of media, player, and fan votes, Tatum's ascension to such an honor seemed almost inevitable with his Most Valuable Player-caliber season so far.
What has the St. Louis native done in the Celtics' 2022-23 campaign thus far to garner one of the top honors in the league this season? While most fans of the ball club have a very clear picture through following their favorite team, some of us might need a reminder.
To such an end, the NBA's official Youtube channel put together a highlight reel of Tatum's best plays this season for those of us who need more evidence - and the rest of us who have seen it already but want to revel in it just the same.
