Reading Eagle: Wanted in Berks, January 16, 2022

Jan. 16-The Berks County sheriff's office is seeking the following fugitives:

Carmen Rios-Ramos, 53, who recently lived in the 900 block of Franklin Street on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. he is about 5 feet 3 inches and 130 pounds. Reading Police said that on March 21, 29 and April 12, Rios-Ramos sold crack cocaine to an undercover officer in the area of Ninth and Cherry streets.

Devante Washington, 29, who recently lived in the first block of Ranor Court, Exeter Township, on a charge of burglary and violations of a protection from abuse order. He is about 5 feet 8 inches and 170 pounds. On April 4, Washington entered a victim's residence without permission and took keys to the victim's vehicle, police said. Washington kept possession of the vehicle until the victim was able to get the keys back, police said. Washington is also wanted on two separate charges of violation of a PFA order filed by Reading police.
