Metro Nashville Police is investigating a Friday incident which left one man fatally shot.
Police were called to the 200 block of Gatewood Avenue around 4:18 p.m. for a report of a shooting. When police arrived, one man was reported to have been shot and died at the scene. Police have not released the name of the man who died during the altercation.
Police say two men arrived at the location in separate vehicles and got into an altercation. Homicide detectives are investigating the scene. A suspect has not been named at this time.
