LEXINGTON - A 35-year-old Lexington man has been charged with statutory rape of an 8-year-old child and indecent liberties from alleged incidents in 2017, according to law enforcement.
Roger Dale Walls of 807 Eleanor Drive, Lexington was charged with felony statutory rape of a child under 15 years of age, three counts of felony indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15 and felony rape of a child by an adult.
According to the arrest warrant provided by Davidson County Magistrates Office, Wall allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse and other lewd and lascivious activities with an 8-year-old female in July of 2017. At the time, Walls was 30-years-old.
Walls was given a $1 million bond and an initial court date of March 6.
