Kylie Jenner's Spot at the Hidden Hills Kardashian Compound Is Taking Shape

Major headway is being made on the construction of Kylie Jenner's Hidden Hills home on the $15 million lot that the reality TV scion bought in May 2020, according to aerial photos acquired by The Sun. After being delayed due to the pandemic, construction on the vacant lot picked up in the tail end of 2021. This most recent bird's-eye peek at the property reveals that foundations and beams are now laid out for the beauty mogul's newest home. 

The Kardashian-Jenner clan have long lived in close proximity to each other, but this instance takes it to the next level: the construction site of the Kylie Cosmetics CEO's future dwelling is right in between Kris Jenner's $20 million eight-bedroom house and Khloe Kardashian's custom $17 million abode. Unsurprisingly, Kim and Kourtney own properties just slightly further away (for now).

The sale of the 5-acre plot, which is reportedly one of the most expansive in the area, came with approved blueprints for an 18,000-square-foot main house, a 12-car garage, a guest house, a base for round-the-clock security, a pool, and a sports court. Whether Jenner is going forward with those specific plans remains to be seen, but we can be certain that the closet situation will be particularly enviable. "My closets and glam room are very personal to me, even down to the size of each drawer, so they fit my specific products and clothes," the beauty mogul told AD during a 2019 tour of another Hidden Hills home. "I spend a lot of time in those rooms, so we had to make sure they were perfect."

Jenner also owns a $36.5 million Holby Hills residence, a yet-to-be-built Palm Springs beach house, and the Beverly Hills mansion that she and her ex, rapper Travis Scott, are trying to offload for $22 million.
