Every NFL team's starting and backup quarterback in 2022

Every NFL team's starting and backup quarterback in 2022 originally appeared on NBC Sports Boston

There have been some major quarterback changes in recent weeks.

The Carolina Panthers gave Sam Darnold the keys and cut ties with Baker Mayfield, who is now in Los Angeles. The New York Jets benched second-year QB Zach Wilson in favor of Mike White. Most recently, the San Francisco 49ers will turn to their third quarterback of the season, Brock Purdy, after Jimmy Garoppolo's season-ending injury.

As the playoff race heats up and injuries occur across the league, a win from a backup quarterback could make all the difference.
