WORCESTER -The investigation into a crash that claimed the life of a teenage girl on July 23 remains under investigation, according to police.

Police said the crash involved a stolen sport utility vehicle that ran a red light and struck two vehicles in the intersection of Main and Chandler streets, police said. The crash occurred about 10 p.m.

No charges have been filed in the case, police said Friday.

The SUV had five occupants, including a young woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. The other four occupants were seriously injured.

As of Friday, two victims were still in the hospital, one in critical condition, according to police.
