WATCH: Boston's Jaylen Brown scores a career-high 46 points in 2OT season opener loss to New York Knicks

Putting up a career-high 46 points - the most any player has ever put up in a season opener for the Celtics - Brown also logged 9 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals while shooting an absurd 16-of-30 from the field, 8-of-14 from 3-point range, and 6-of-8 from the charity stripe.

It might not have been enough to get Boston over the finish line in the double-overtime thriller lost to the New York Knicks, but it showed that the Cal-Berkeley product is not a player to be trifled with in the season to come.

Watch Brown's highlights for yourself in the video embedded above, courtesy of YouTuber Tomasz Kordylewski, as per usual.
