Warriors fans are used to bashing on LeBron James, but Giants fans might have their turn now knowing the NBA legend will be cheering for the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series.

Well, he'll continue to root for the home team … his home team. So if LeBron wants to tweet about the Dodgers in the Fall Classic, so be it.

Not really -- Twitter wasn't too happy about it.

LeBron, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, tweeted multiple times rooting for the Dodgers on Tuesday during Game 1 of the World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays.

James tweeted about Cody Bellinger and Mookie Betts after their theatrics, and then tweeted after the game congratulating the whole "damn good" team.

And Twitter did the Twitter thing and trolled him for it, given he's rooted for the New York Yankees and Cleveland Indians in the past.

But not everyone was upset about his live-tweeting.

LeBron's actions goes to show, sure, he likes the winning teams, but tends to do this for whichever city he's playing for. And that's normal. He wants to be a part of his community. But originally, LeBron was known to be a New York Yankees fan.

Legendary Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia has confirmed this in the past, so when LeBron was rooting on the Cleveland Indians in 2017 during the AL Division Series against the Yankees, it was because he was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

So Giants fans, don't take it personally -- he just likes the winning team … if that team is where he stays.
