Scaramucci Says Steve Bannon Has White Nationalist 'Tendencies'

Anthony Scaramucci, who spent 10 days as communications director in the White House, accused Steve Bannon of having white nationalist "tendencies" in an interview Friday on "The View."

Scaramucci made the comment in response to a question about Bannon. He also said Bannon's "worst quality to me was that he had a little bit of a messianic complex," adding that the "anti-globalist" Bannon had taken issue with his attendance at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in January. Bannon left his job as President Donald Trump's chief strategist in August.

The female hosts also pressed Scaramucci on his devotion to Trump, mudslinging at the White House and marriage fidelity. They poked fun at him for being a "mama's boy," asking him, "Are you a little boy?"

Later on the show, they confronted Scaramucci with an impersonator, comedian Mario Cantone. The comedian joked that former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer had bested Scaramucci in post-White House appearances.

"Spicer, Spicer got the Emmys. You're sitting here with four chiacchierones," an Italian term for gossips.
