A Pittsburgh police officer at an active scene in the city's Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood said police are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in the street.
A single shell casing was found next to the man, according to a Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesman.
A 911 dispatcher said a call came in around 5:25 a.m.
A Channel 11 crew is at the scene.
