The Warriors are on the brink of elimination.

But that doesn't seem to matter to Draymond Green.

Following Golden State's Game 5 loss in Houston, the three-time All-Star made a bold declaration:

"We still winning this," Draymond told Marcus Thompson of The Athletic. "Book it."

Well, well, well.

Ultimately, it isn't a surprise to hear Draymond say this.

If he can take better care of the basketball moving forward, the Warriors should be in good shape:

Steve Kerr, too, is confident in the Warriors' ability to win the next two games.

"I feel great about where we are right now," Kerr told reporters. "That may sound crazy, but I feel it. I know exactly what I'm seeing out there ... I'm extremely confident that we're going to take care of business."

The first order of business is winning Game 6 at Oracle Arena on Saturday night.

If the Warriors do that, Game 7 is on Monday night back in Houston.

A third straight title is suddenly within reach, which would be Golden State's fourth championship in five years. We know what's at stake and what we're chasing this year, this series, this game, and that's the only way that you can really put your best foot forward in terms of trying to get back to the mountaintop,'' Curry said. We'll have plenty of time when we hang the sneakers up to really go back and think about all the different experiences and highs and lows, but right now, we're two games away from another finals appearance.

But after a rocky first half in Game 6, the Dubs brushed aside the Rockets and went on to sweep the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference finals all without Durant, who continues to rehab his calf strain ahead of the NBA Finals. The return of the old-school Warriors (if 2015-16 can be considered old school), has led many to wonder if the Dubs are actually better without Durant.
