Saturday was a violent night in Columbus, with at least three people killed.  

At least three people were killed and several were injured in several separate overnight shootings on the East Side and in South Linden.

A woman was shot and killed and two others were injured, one critically, in a shooting at a bar on Livingston Avenue on the East Side early this morning, police said.

Around 4:30 a.m., police responded to the Queen of Hearts Bar on the 5500 block of Livingston Avenue for the report of a shooting, police said. When they arrived they discovered two women injured with gunshot wounds. One woman, who police did not identify, was pronounced on scene around 4:47 a.m. The other woman was transported to an area hospital where she remains in critical condition.

Another victim was transported privately to Mt. Carmel East hospital where they are in stable condition. The fatal shooting is currently under investigation and police did not disclose any suspects in the shooting.

One the East Side, one was shot and killed outside a motorcycle club in another shooting near John Glenn International Airport and three others were also shot, police said.

On September 24, at around 11:05 p.m., officers responded to the area of E. 5th Avenue and Osborn St. on a shooting.  When police arrived, they found one male victim, identified as Trevor Seymour, injured with a gunshot wound.  Seymour was transported to OhioHealth Grant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Three other victims were shot, but they transported themselves to OSU East Hospital and were not critically injured, police said.  The victims were treated and released.

The shooting took place outside a motorcycle club and there were no cooperating witnesses, police said.

Another person early Sunday was killed in South Linden after a separate fatal shooting.

Around 12:53 AM on September 25,  police responded to a reported shooting in the 1200 block of E. 18th Avenue. When they arrived, the officers located the unidentified adult victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound, according to a release.

The victim, who police have not yet identified, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased around 1 a.m. by Columbus medics, police said.

A person of interest was detained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, and it remains under investigation.
